This past weekend my husband, brother in law and sis in law went to visit Grandmama Jones. Had a chance to go see Drivin n Cryin and Drive By Truckers. Yes it was very cold and I felt very old!! But we had a great time!

Okay, this is getting ridiculous! I seem to be posting just once a year! Oh well, I am totally full of love right now!! Lately we have had so many blessings poured over our friends and family, I just have to share. We had a precious baby boy cousin join our family last week and last night, another bouncing baby boy joined the family of our good friends. Welcome to the world Shepphard and Michael! As if that weren't enough, we have a newly engaged cousin! Congratulations Dare!! You so totally deserve to be with the man of your dreams!

On another note, very exciting news, I just recently moved my {booth} to another location within Livi and Company. Much larger, more private, and all mine!! I absolutely love it. Check it out!!

Thanks to my soon to be sister in law, Jennifer and bestie, Lisa, for making this happen in one day!! Opening weekend was a huge success! So many folks came out to support a local gal. Thanks you from the bottom of my heart! Now, with this bigger and better space, comes a little pressure! I have got to make, make, make to keep it full. Every spare minute I am either painting, stringing some pearls on leather, or stamping some metal! Check back for more pics!!

Been gone way too long!

I know, I know, it's been like a year since I've last posted. Not that anyone is out there reading:) But, I have a really hard time with follow through. Anyone out there feel me? I have a husband, three kids ( my oldest, McKenna, started driving in October...yes, I do have a permanent knot in my stomach!!) all of which play basketball at the present time..not my husband; however :). I work part-time, design and make jewelry, cook, clean(sometimes)...you know, the list goes on and on. I can't seem to finish anything I start. Ever been folding the clothes and look over at the dusty baseboards and say, "I have got to clean those baseboards! only to make the pile of unfolded laundry one more thing on my "to-do" list that didn't get finished! I never got around to sending out Christmas cards, and the New Year's cards that I did send to the printers, are still there!! I used to try to convince myself that it was because I had so many great ideas swimming around in my head, I just couldn't figure out which one to work on, but now I have pretty much diagnosed myself adult onset ADD. Sounds better that being a scatter-brain doesn't it??

Well, I have made a conscious decision to change all of that! I have never made a resolution that I ever kept  for the New Year, so I am not calling it a resolution. Not sure what I will call it at this point! But anyway, I really, really, really AM going to work on finishing what I start. I'll keep you posted on the progress.......

Home Show!!

I am so excited about Thursday! My sweet friend, Lori Jacobs, is having a home show this Thursday at 3510 Cottesmore Court. It will feature my jewelry, Susan Mauldin's handiwork as well as the latest fashions by Blush. This is a great way to support local businesses in the Albany area. Everyone is invited. Bring a friend!
